 Actually, I really love eating and food very much. I like to cook although I don't usually have a lot of time.  For a long time, my favorite food was Arab food, since my family is of Palestinian origin and Arab food is cooked daily in my home and it was what I liked most and what I was to used to.  However, at the moment, I think my favorite food is hamburgers. Since I'm living ''alone'' (with my rommie), they are quick to make or eat.  A round of loaf with minced meat inside and whatever you want to add to it, is incredibly easy and delicious!  I really love the ease with which I can make it and the taste.  Despite what many believe, I don't think it's bad for your health, it has carbohydrates (the bread), proteins (ground meat), fiber (vegetables) and fats (avocado), the only bad thing is the toppings, but they give it a touch. 

In general, I like technologies very much, I use my phone, my laptop, my headphones and my desktop computer on a daily basis. But anyway, my favourite piece of technology is, without a doubt, my desktop computer.   I bought the parts separately and assembled it with help of a friend last year.  I use it daily for studying, university assignments and spontaneous paid work, but above all, to play videogames. Because of university I don't have much time sometimes, but I use my computer for play every time I can. Currently, what I'm playing the most is Baldur's Gate 3, League of Legends and World of Warcraft.   I really like the desktop computer because it has better performance than my old gamer laptop.  I have been playing computer games for as long as I can remember and the times when I haven't had one have been quite boring but at those times, I usually watch gameplays. 

As a child, I wanted to study many careers, most related to science. I liked agronomy, medicine, geology, marine biology, etc.  In the secondary school, I wasn't very clear about things. I really liked many careers. Since I really like to read, I thought about Spanish or history even but, I came back to the sciences and computer science because it was what I liked the most. At third and fourth year of secondary school I decided to study computer science.   Finally, at the time of applying to university, I decided for pedagogy in biology and chemistry. Really I don't know why, but I like this carrer so I think I made the right choice. Anyway, I would like to study computer science in the future.  Until now, my experience in the university has been divided into two: the pandemic and the presence.  Hi, I'm Amira. I'm from La Serena. I came to Santiago in 2018, specifically to the Lampa, although I would like to return to La Serena one day.  Currently, I study pedagogy in biology and chemistry, I really like this career. Also I enjoy playing computer games and roll games (for example, D&D). But what I love most is spend time with my friends and my relatives.  My close family is made up of my dad, my mom, my three brothers and my sister. I really love them. Also, Ares is my orange cat and I love him so much (I talk about him all the time). My boyfriend is Roberto and I don't see him much because he lives in La Serena, but we talk everyday and when we see each other we have a lot of fun.  This year I live in San Joaquín with my best friend Esteban (and my cat), it's so funny because we plays the same videogames and we share the same group of friends. 😸💟
